Holidayhome in Duerrnhaar

The separate apartment is located in the souterrain level of a single house (built 2006). The big windows and the southeast orientation give the inside a friendly and bright effect. The bedroom has a bed, 1,60m width and a small cupboard. The living kitchen has a studio coach, width 1,50m, table, satellite TV, HiFi system (CD/DVD/Radio). The kitchen is fully equipped and has stove, refrigerator, freezer and sink. Additionally there is a coffee machine, toaster and water heater. The American style dining corner has 4 seats. The bathroom has shower and separate bathtub. All rooms have floor heating and electric shutters. For phone calls there is a telephone (outbound national and inbound free of charge). The car can be parked in the garage.

The small village of Dürrnhaar is surrounded by woods which are very nice for walking and cycling. The village of Aying (5 min. by car) with it's brewery and marvellous Alp mountain panorama, has some very nice Bavarian food places and beer garden. Lakes like the Tegernsee and Schliersee can be reached in less than 30 minutes. For those who like to go for King Ludwigs castle, can reach Nymphenburg palace or Herrenchiemsee in ca. 45 min. by car. The local train station gives you a quick lift to middle of Munich's city (Marienplatz), where you can relax, while enjoying a beer at the Hofbrauhaus, go for some shopping in the shopping area or visit cultural places. The village of Dürrnhaar is the perfect place between Munich and the mountains.

This place can be easily reached by car (motorway A8/A99, exit Ottobrunn or Hofolding) or by city train (S-Bahn), train station "Dürrnhaar". The train departs / arrives twice per hour and needs 30 minutes to reach the Marienplatz in the center of Munich. The cost for a day ticket, which covers up to 5 persons is EUR 12,30 and allows travelling the whole day in the Munich greater area. Next airport is Munich airport. The village itself does not provide any shopping facilities, but in the neighborhood villages (5 min. by car) can be found supermarkets, where you get everything you need. Opening hours Mon -Sat till 8pm. Even if you come without car you will find a big supermarket next to the previous train station. The walking distance in Dürrnhaar is 7 minutes.

OCTOBERFEST: The distance to the Octoberfest is 15 miles. The train from the local train station takes you there in 40 minutes.

Expenses:

• Daily rates beginning from EUR 55.00 per night (1-2 persons, additional persons EUR 10.00), including bedlinen, towels and final cleaning. There is no minimum period. There are no further cost.

• Payment terms are 20% pre-payment via www.Paypal.de, the rest paid cash on arrival. The pre payment will not be returned in case of cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival. 

Caution:

• This is an absolutely non-smoking location. Means that smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden.
• It also not possible to bring along animals, pets, etc.
